In-House Testing Facility

At SPTL, we have developed an advanced in-house testing infrastructure to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and performance validation before equipment reaches our customers.

State-of-the-Art Infrastructure

  • Comprehensive equipment setup: Equipped with an in-house Nitrogen PSA generator, air compressor for nitrogen compression, and a Nitrogen Pressure Booster capable of pressurizing gas up to 250 bar(g).
  • High-capacity storage & testing systems: Storage systems with a pressure capacity of up to 300 bar(g) allow repeated batch accuracy testing of CNG dispensers, boosters, cascades, and fill posts.

  • Standardized testing process: Online dispenser batch accuracy testing is conducted as per NGV standards to ensure reliable results.
  • Quality and safety assurance: Inlet air pressure range of 87 to 145 psi(g) with air quality compliance as per ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 2.2.2 ensures consistent performance.
  • Efficiency with durability: Advanced systems are designed for lower maintenance costs and long service life.
